Your privacy, plainly explained.

Who we are

This website is operated by SERIALSETS LIMITED, based in Lekki–Ajah, Lagos, Nigeria. For any question about your information, email info@serialsets.com.

What we collect, and when

• Project enquiries. When you use our enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, and project description, plus anything optional you add: company, phone number, the areas you selected, your starting point, and timing.
• Direct contact. If you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
• Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider processes basic request data, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Please don’t send passwords, security configurations, or other sensitive information through the form.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you, understand your project, and prepare any proposal you ask for. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists from an enquiry.

Who handles it for us

• Formspree delivers enquiry form submissions to our team.
• Netlify hosts this website.
• WhatsApp (operated by Meta) handles conversations you start with us there, under its own terms.

These providers may process information outside Nigeria under their own privacy commitments.

Cookies and storage

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics trackers and doesn’t set cookies. It stores one small note in your browser for the current session, so the opening animation doesn’t replay on every page load. It is deleted when you close the browser tab.

Our project gallery can show a live preview of a client’s website when you choose “Live site”. That site loads from its own server and follows its own privacy practices.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any work that follows. You can ask us to delete them at any time, unless we’re required to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, in line with applicable data protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Email info@serialsets.com and we’ll respond.

Changes to this notice

If the way this website handles information changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
